Members can begin saving money as soon as they receive their membership packet. To locate participating providers, members can call toll-free at 1-888-205-1831 or use the online locators at this website. Members present their card at provider locations to receive immediate savings. Our members receive the REDUCED FEE and pay at the time services are rendered. | There are two guarantees with the PCBC. If a member is not completely satisfied with any of the benefits within 30 days of receiving their card, the member may return the card for a complete refund. Additionally, if any member uses the card 6 or more times during the membership year and the savings do not equal or exceed the cost of membership, upon request, the member will receive a complete refund with proof of purchase. | ||
